PLACING AN ORDER

Your order will only be accepted if received from the United Kingdom and from persons over the age of 18.

Overseas orders are accepted at the discretion of MriSpy.com

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. We will where possible advise you via our web site, details of any items that are currently out of stock. If you do order an item and it is out of stock we will notify you within 1 working day of your order being placed. At that point we will advise you of the likely time scale of any delay, you can then decide too either wait for the item to come in to stock, or cancel your order.

We do at random select orders for security checks to help protect both you and us. Our Customer Services may request that you provide us with proof of address and/or proof of identification before your order can be processed. When this happens we will contact you to request the information required.

When you pay for your order by credit or debit card we carry out checks or "authorisations" with the card issuer for security reasons. Should any problems occur with the authorisation of your card we will contact you immediately with further details.

Fraud: In order to maintain customer security we carry out both manual and electronic security checking on all orders, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to contact you for further information.

Complications that are caused by any of the above could delay the processing and dispatch of your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

your name
address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

PAYMENT & OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Switch, MasterCard and Solo cards provided that they are not swipe only.

Goods supplied by us remain our property until those goods have been paid for in full. If payment is declined by your card issuer, or your cheque is not honoured by your bank, we will treat the order as cancelled.

If the goods have already been dispatched to you we may:-
a) Require that you make the goods available for us to collect; or
b) Ask you to return the goods to us at our cost; or
c) Require you to pay in full by alternative means within 48 hours.

WEBSITE ACCURACY

Products, prices and offers are only valid the time they are displayed on our website. If they become unavailable in the period after you have placed an order with us we will contact you with more information before proceeding with the order.

All images should be used only as a guide or representation of the item. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice.

WARRANTY

All products come with a 12-month manufactures warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

RETURNS

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your order within seven days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods).You may return your items within 7 days to us for any reason at all in accordance with your statutory rights. These items must be unopened, unused and re-salable.

You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process for your order, you will not be able to cancel the order should you decide that you do not want to receive the items although you may return the item unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition sent back at your own expense.

After 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, we cannot make full refunds for other reasons, such as you decide you don’t want it any more. If its our fault, or a product fault, we'll fix the problem for you. If it's your fault, then we'll do everything we can, but if the goods are returned to us opened then we cannot make refunds.

You are responsible for returning the items and they must be received by us in a resaleable condition. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.

With regards to Faulty Goods, as long as the goods are faulty, within 28 days of delivery mrispy.com will replace or refund your order, no problems.

In all cases return shipping charges are at your (the customer) expense.

We recommend Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for returning items, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for higher value items.

If you don't want the goods any more, and you ship them back to us unopened (ie still sealed in the box, and never used) within 28 days of ordering then you will receive a refund of the value of the goods, less a restocking charge of £5 or 7% (whichever is greater) per item. If the items arrive un-saleable they will be returned to you. You must ensure you register your return items just in case they go missing in the post. We cannot be held liable for un-received return items.

Beyond the 28 day period we ask that you refer your problems with the products to the manufacturer. It seems strict, but it is the fastest way of resolving warranty-related queries.

If you believe your item is faulty and it is found to not be case by our technicians the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Returns must be accompanied by our Returns form for them to be processed. Please email ourselves for an emailed Returns form.

We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect and deliver the goods, within 30 days, starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation from you.

DELIVERY

All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Service. The service type used will depend upon the value of the product/s purchased. We dispatch our orders using one or more of the following services: Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Post or Special Delivery Service. A signature will be required upon delivery to your address.

We endeavour to dispatch all in stock accessories within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

Parcels sent to remotes parts of the United Kingdom, such as Northern Scotland and part of Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man etc may take longer to deliver.

Should you not be available to sign for your package, then Royal Mail will post a Card through your letterbox requesting that the package is picked-up from your local depot (we cannot accept any instructions to deliver to another address / person such as your next door neighbour or leaving the package elsewhere).

£4.99 Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.
£7.99 Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders are processed at 9am and 1pm Daily – we dispatch 90% of orders within 24hrs & 97% within 48hrs. Where an item does not show as out of stock, but has become so, we will send you an email to let you know, and you have the option to cancel.

Please note: People ordering using Special Delivery are buying a faster delivery time. Not a faster dispatch time.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

FRAUD

Mrispy.com will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.
